J. Barrie Cline, since starting in the real estate business in 1967 has had many and varied experiences from management to receivership work, from project development to commercial sales. All throughout, a constant interest remained in ranch sales. The first sizeable ranch sale occurred in 1973 and now some of the ranches are being sold for the second time.

During the years he served 5 years on the Arbitration Committee and 5 years on the Complaints and Discipline Committee.

He had also served on the Judicial Panel of the BC Real Estate Association's board arbitrating interboard commercial commission disputes.

He has appeared as an "expert witness" numerous times in the Supreme Court of BC.

Barrie just sold his own ranch, is a member of the BC Cattleman's Association.

He enjoyed many years of competing in cutting horse events, and in his younger days, tried his hand at steer wrestling.

Currently Barrie works with RE/MAX Real Estate (Kamloops).

Dana Hinsche

Dana Hinsche (Cline), worked as an appraiser for BC Assessment Authority in Vancouver, Williams Lake and Quesnel BC. She's had a wonderful varying experience at appraising such properties as; heritage sites, Granville Island, car dealerships, farms and ranches, warehouses, and recreational sites. Agricultural properties were among her favorite. Being out of the office, meeting real down to earth people, is truly a joy.

Fresh and full of energy, Dana is a licensed realtor. She's full of knowledge, personable, and loves the outdoors. With almost 2 years of selling real estate, Dana has moved to a ranch in the Williams Lake area and is enjoying the ranching lifestyle. Luetta Priebe

Luetta loves selling ranches and she's good at it. She started selling Real Estate in 1978 and has lots of experience in Farm and Ranch sales. She has also done new home construction, residential, and condominium development and sales.

She and her husband Jerry live on acreage in Knutsford which is just a few minutes from Kamloops. She enjoys the outdoors, hiking, walking, kayaking and bird watching. Selling ranches is a perfect fit for her.

A licensed realtor, Lisa is a registered nurse who's spent the better part of the last 25 years working in the ER. Her warmth, compassion and down to earth attitude earned her the respect of her patients and co-workers alike.

Horses and cattle are a way of life for Lisa, as she and her spouse; Les Timmons operate a horse training facility where they specialize in training working cow horses and cutting horses. A member of the Canadian Professional Rodeo Association, and the Canadian Cutting Horse Association, Lisa is an avid horseman, and has earned many awards in both cutting and barrel racing.

Charlie McClary

Charlie has spent most of his adult life working as a Commission Agent for farmers and ranchers. From 1982 to 1995 through his two companies McClary Stockyard and Paton & Smith Farm Services Charlie handled livestock sales, farm equipment sales, milk quota sales and appraisals for farmers and ranchers throughout the province of B.C. In 1995 he sold out of McClary Stockyard and with that same networking sphere began selling farm and ranch real estate throughout the province.

Today Charlie lives with his family on a ranch in the Smithers area and after a sort break has continued to sell farms, ranches and unique properties in the Northern part of the province.

Charlie feels that his union with"Ranches Only" will allow his many clients throughout the province a quality service, with the Ranches Only Team, which would otherwise be difficult due to the vastness of our great and beautiful province.

Rob enjoys the outdoor lifestyle centered around his interests in horses and cattle, selling farms and ranches just seems like a dream come true to him and a natural progression from his self employment as a professional farrier.
